These Turnout Boards from ADS are a great way to improve your turnout. Two boards are included; simply place them on the floor, and the boards smoothly rotate as you turn out. Usage of this ballet and ice skating training tool will also help improve your core strength and balance. These boards are compact, lightweight, and portable. A mesh carrying bag is also included. As with any exercise program, consult a physician before you begin. Maximum Weight: 200 pounds each board.
