1. Do you offer discounts?

Absolutely! Throughout the year, we offer many sales and promotions that you can find out about via social media, so be sure to follow us on Instagram (@BellissimoDanceBoutique) and Facebook (bellissimodanceboutique). You can also find out about our great sales by signing up for our email list on the home page of our website.

 
2. Can I order an item that is not in stock?

If you would like to make a special order, please contact us at 615.674.5484.

 
3. Do you carry dancewear for all ages?

Yes, Bellissimo offers dancewear, fashion, shoes, and accessories for children 2T - Youth XL, and Adult XS – XL. Our current dance and fitness wear lines come from Portugal, Canada, Australia, Spain, United Kingdom and all over the United States. We spend a lot of time searching all over the world for the most beautiful, high quality, cutting edge clothing for all ages because we know how important fashion is to our Nashville area dancers. Come see us!

 
4. How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email as soon as your order has shipped which will include the tracking number of your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your shop.bellissimodanceboutique.com account.

 
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on the destination of the order and the shipping option chosen during checkout.

 
6. Do you have a store location?

Yes, Bellissimo is located in Franklin, Tennessee - come see all our beautiful in person!

7. Is Bellissimo just for dancers?

No, certainly not. We have a great selection of fitness wear – perfect for our yoga and pilates lovers, as well any fitness buffs. Leggings and sports bras are for everyone!

In addition, Bellissimo offers "Studio to Street" fashion: clothing that can be easily thrown on over leotards, sports bras and dance shorts to and from the studio, but can also be worn out and about with friends.

 
8. Do you offer gift certificates?

Of course! You can purchase gift certificates online (click here), in person, at our store or by calling us at 615-674-5484. Gift certificates cannot be replaced and sales are final.

 
9. Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?

Yes, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping to send the item back to our shipping department. 

 
10. What is your online return policy?

We accept online returns and exchanges within 14 days after receiving your order. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with your original receipt and all items need to be in their original new condition with all tags and packaging.

Just send the item(s) back to us via the mail with a copy of your invoice stating whether you would like to exchange the item for something else or return it for a refund.  If you are exchanging an item please call the store first to check for availability (615-674-5484).  As soon as we receive the original item you are returning in the mail we will ship out the exchange or credit back your card.

Items returned after 14 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packagings will not be accepted.  We do not accept returns on undergarments, tights, makeup, earrings, or sale items. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returned or exchanged items.

 
11. What is your in-store return and exchange policy?

We accept in-store returns and exchanges within 10 days after purchasing your items. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with your original receipt and all items need to be in their original new condition with all tags and packaging.

12. Can I pick up my online order in store?

Yes, we are happy to provide free in-store pickup on any order from our Franklin, Tennessee, location. You will receive an email once your order has been pulled and ready for pick up. Please plan to pick up your order within two weeks of being notified.

 
13 What items are eligible for exchanging/returning?

All items are eligible to be returned or exchanged aside from tights, undergarments, makeup, sale items, and special orders.

 

14 Where did the name Bellissimo come from?

As we thought about who we wanted to be, the word “beautiful” kept popping up. Beautiful clothes. Beautiful shoes. Beautiful dancers. We want every dancer to know that they ARE beautiful – just the way they are. And we hope that dancing makes them feel beautiful. Bellissimo means beautiful… Be Bold. Be Yourself. BE BELLISSIMO.
